   Please NOTE... that the above complaints are from people with "rapid
onset" symptoms that THEY were able to determine the cause of... by
themselves.  Regardless, the over 10,000 such complaints that were reported
to the FDA often represented more then 75% of ALL complaints during any
given year.  Yet, the FDA refuses to do anything about it.

  Dr. Kessler, 1996 FDA commissioner, suggested that fewer then ONE percent
of victims ever report a problem.  That balloons those "rapid onset" victims
to well over a MILLION victims... who SHOULD have complained!

----- But... of 200+ million consumers of aspartame the MAJORITY of victims
      are "LONG TERM", and neither they nor their doctors have a clue ----

   However, the vast majority of victims weather years of neurologic damage
until they are misdiagnosed and improperly medicated for OTHER disease. In
my case, 20 of 21 doctors misdiagnosed and improperly treated me for
arthritis... for eleven years.  The LAST doctor, a rheumatologist, had
access to my bone, CAT, and MRI scans (prostate cancer... that I believe
was triggered by aspartame) and called the other 20 doctors incompetent.  He
then proceeded to misdiagnose and improperly medicate me for Fibromyalgia,
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and other "modern day" (catch-all: "I don't know
what the hell you have but here is a DRUG that might help" diseases)... and
when his bag of powerful drug tricks was almost empty... he scripted me for
Prozac, as though my many years of progressive and ever-more painful and
disabling problems might simply be in my head.  This is an all too common
scenario.

   Far too many victims have been misdiagnosed with

   ... when in fact they were victims of aspartame disease.

   Too many of the victims have helped to promote aspartame-laced
products... such as Michael J. Fox and his diet Pepsi ads.  He has been
fighting Parkinson's disease for years.  One can only wonder if there is a
connection.  Ronald Regan manipulated the FDA (by appointing Dr. Hayes) to
help Searle get aspartame to market.  Now Regan is well into Alzheimer's
Disease.  Did he use aspartame in any form... and might this be a cruel form
of justice?

  Food for thought.  However, there is NO doubt that aspartame should never
have been approved... for any type of purpose.
