Trying to Lose Weight? Don’t Look to Splenda

We get quite a few emails asking about Splenda. While our focus is primarily on aspartame, we’re interested in answering your questions as best as we’re able. A recent Duke University study published in The Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health
found that Splenda actually contributes to obesity. It also destroys beneficial intestinal bacteria and it may just interfere with the absorption of prescription drugs.

    If you are trying to lose weight there are unfortunately two options, eat less calories or exercise more, both of which take willpower.
