Subject: Urgent Need: Aspartame Death Tax

To: Richard F. Daines, M.D., Commissioner of Health, copy to Governor David Paterson

Dear Doctor Daines:
My email box has been swamped with comments on Governor Paterson’s proposed obesity tax on non-diet sodas. How well it is known “If you want to get fat NutraSweet is where its at”, and “If it says diet, don’t buy it.” It is aspartame (Equal, NutraSweet, E951, Spoonful, NutraTaste, Canderel, Benevia, and anything else they can think to call it) as …

Is there anyway to get the petition I created posted on your website. I’m not sure what good it will do, but I gotta try. Thank you so much for your efforts to bring the evils of aspartame to the public.
— Jeanne O’Connor
Dear, Jeanne,
My father once said to me, speaking of the work he put into DORway, “If I can just help just one person, it’s all worthwhile.”
You’ve already done the world a service — by caring enough to start the petition. Not only will I post …

Disappeared off GoogleAtlanta, November 3, 2007
For a little while yesterday morning Google carried Andrea McCreery’s report, ASPARTAME, DON’T EVEN CONSIDER IT. Nancy Markle is an unknown plagiarist who signed her name to my original report on my lecture at the WEC in1995. It became a shot heard round …

I get so many emails on a daily basis, so many of them full of well wishes and thanks, but it’s difficult for me to reply to everyone, and so I thought many of you would appreciate being able to communicate directly through DORway. With technology spilling into every corner of our lives, the Information Superhighway is no longer a one-way street. Only a few may author on this blog, however, anyone may comment. I only ask that you keep all comments respectful, even if you don’t agree with …

Tanya, My name is Joseph Faux (Fox), 20 years old, and I am a rather concerned. I just finished typing a letter, which I have attached to this email, addressing FDA Commissioner, Benard Schwetz, imploring he require extensive testing on artificial sweeteners derived from Stevia before allowing corporations (Pepsico and Coca-cola) use it in their products. I have been unsuccessful sending the letter to him using the address bschwetz@oc.fda.gov provided by dorway.com, and every time I try to send it, I receive an error message in return from an …

To all physicians, victims and activist. Letters to Health Committee – (meets 8:00 AM Friday so timing is urgent)
Dear Physicians, victims and activists, we can really use your help because the House Health Committee meets 8:00 A.M. Friday morning in Hawaii. I’ve been told they will read the letters of testimony; if there are victims from Hawaii they can be there in person (Honolulu Capital). They need to be sent right away, because they won’t help much if they go out Thursday …

Those of you who have followed my father’s story know that he passed away from cancer. You think you may have to deal with something so painful once in a lifetime – with one loved one, maybe – but you never imagine having to do it twice, with both parents. It was devastating to me to learn that my mother had colon cancer, and what’s more, I’m torn by the prospect that she has, to-date, decided to forego chemo. I’m both glad of it and frightened by it.
Recently, I …
