about the concern of dairy products, i recomend to read the book of Jane Plant, Your LIfe in Your Hands. She explains a lot of incredible things about dairy products, purulent cells in milk, increased levels of IGF-1, highlights about the link between milk and breast cancer,… about the concern of aspartame, i just finished the film Sweet Misery, and i shocked.
